2. Refund and Returns Policy

SECTION 1 - REFUND WINDOW
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered according to the tracking number. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
  • No Return to Supplier: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the return address listed on your shipping parcel. Contact our customer support first to receive the correct regional return warehouse address.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Because we operate via dropshipping, we rely on our suppliers for quality control. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Proof: You must email us clear photographs or video evidence showing the damage or defect alongside a photo of the shipping label.
  • Remedy: Upon verification with our supplier, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



3. Shipping Policy

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they are dispatched from our third-party supplier warehouses. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

SECTION 2 - ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES
Because items are dropshipped directly from international or regional supplier hubs, delivery times vary.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after order processing.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas), shipping carriers may experience delays out of our control. Shipping times may extend up to 30 business days.

SECTION 3 - CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, our store relinquishes physical control over the item.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible or liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier tracking page but claimed missing by the buyer.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
